Proctor Board – Ensuring Discipline & Student Welfare

The Proctor Board at Hari Group of Institutions (HGI) plays a pivotal role in maintaining discipline, ensuring student welfare, and upholding a safe and conducive learning environment across all campuses. Led by Mr. Sukhbir Singh, the Head of the Proctor Board, the team is dedicated to addressing student concerns, enforcing institutional policies, and ensuring law and order within the college premises.

Committed to fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and discipline, the Proctor Board actively monitors campus activities, resolves grievances, and implements measures to promote a harmonious academic atmosphere. The board works closely with students, faculty, and administration to address any issues related to conduct, security, and campus regulations. Through a structured approach to disciplinary proceedings and student support, the Proctor Board ensures that every student receives guidance and assistance while upholding the institution’s core values of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
